At least yesterday we had 3k less cases, but it's going to take a while to come down again.

I wonder if they're planning to block International flights from Europe and the UK or make new restrictions from foreigners entering the country, due to the huge amount of Omicron cases.
It would definitely suck if they won't even allow fully vaccinated people with a negative COVID test to enter the country, as they did at the beginning of this year.

Dr. John Campbell (the only viable source for anything COVID that I follow, these days) said that by Spring the numbers should go down again.
Certainly having over 80.000 cases, almost on a daily basis, is terrifying.

Meanwhile, Italy and France have already blocked unnecessary trips to the UK. They only allow people to travel to and from the UK just for work/important family purposes only.
So, no Holidays or leisure trips.

My brother, who like me is an Italian living in London UK, is presently in Italy to deal with some of the ridiculous bureaucratic things that Italy is famous for.

His wife and their son are scheduled to arrive in Italy on Dec 23 so that they can spend Christmas together as a family.

I hope this will not be impeded by this Omicron thing...

BTW thanx Alexora for your tremendous work in this thread. It'll be a very interesting testimony for the years to come. I might even imagine it could be the base for a book with some many sourced chronologically sorted informations.

All I did here is to try to provide a sense of reality among a tsunami of misinformation, be it innocent or malicious.

Us Human Beings are at risk of annihilation by the Covid, Man Made Global Warming, and the true possibility of WW3 (with either, or both, Russia and China).

It is rather ironic that a porn oriented venue such as our Planet be a venue for discussing such issues, but it is what it is: we have a great many of intelligent members here who are able to look beyond the porn when it comes to important matters.
