In Italy, despite of the emergency in the North territory, the Veneto region decided to slowly start to open businesses, such libraries, supermarkets and other shops.
The governor said: "I will take any responsibility for this!".
In fact, they're testing out people, almost one by one, to see who's infected and who's not. And who can go out and who can't.
Something that the Lombardy region should have done a couple of months ago. And not let over 500 people die each day.

In the meantime, our government is planning to start the so-called Phase 2 of this emergency, which should begin on May 3.
The Premier said that we're all gonna be at the beach, this Summer.

Guess what? If that really happens, it means that even the South of Italy will get contaminated as well. And, considering that our hospitals and health care services sucks, here, it's gonna definitely be devastating.
They better start to think about testing people and provide actual real solutions, in those affected regions of the North of Italy, instead of thinking about the upcoming Summer holidays. Which, at this point and time of the year, no one is even considering this at all.

again, someone testing not infected today can be infected tomorrow and someone who was infected and recover can be reinfected again.

Well, supermarkets were never closed from the start (except for sundays).
Living in Mestre I still did not get tested. They're giving some free masks at the pharmacy and at the mini market near my house, but they're awfully thin paper things, disposable.
Pharmacy is also selling "reusable" masks made of TNT, at 5 € each.
I bought a couple and my pharmacist told me to dip it in water and ethilic alcool for some hours after every use.
On the mask package it says it's disposable though. Monouso!

Lemons price went up by 50%, but for the rest there's no problem getting food or detergents (or toilet paper!).
I only have food for another couple of days, I have to groceries shop this week, wish me luck!

That's a filter-mask, not the same I have. Pbobably it's made that way to preserve the filter.
Also, that method is very very dubious. What about the cords?
