Now Viewing: tina_fosterTag type: Character Tina Foster (ティナ・フォスター Tina Fosutaa) is a female character in the Japanese seinen manga and anime Ai_Yori_Aoshi (藍より青し, "Bluer Than Indigo"), and the anime second season Ai Yori Aoshi: Enishi (藍より青し ～縁～, "Bluer Than Indigo: Fate"). She is the harem's both blonde_haired gaijin (foreigner) and "bottle fairy" (fond of alcohol). Tina was born in the United States, but spent the majority of her life in Hakata, a ward in Fukuoka City, Fukuoka Prefecture, Kyuushuu Island, Japan. She attends Meiritsu University with Hanabishi_Kaoru, and was the one who convinced him to join the photography club, of which she's also a member. She has a habit of greeting females by groping and fondling their breasts from behind, which most people find very uncouth (and frustrates Kaoru to no end). She swims very well, loves animals and is afraid of dark places. She's loud and outspoken and very protective of Kaoru when it comes to Miyuki_Mayu. Tina and Mayu are opposites in their manners, interests and behavior, so both often quarrel with each other.
